Follow these simple steps to list your business or service on our platform.

1. Register or Log In

  • Go to https://travelhubslk.com.
  • Click “Sign Up” (as “Owner” for new users) or “Log In” (for existing users).
  • Fill in your details (email, password, business name).
  • Verify your account (if required).

2. Choose Listing Type

Select the category you want to list under:

  • 🏨 Accomodations (Apartments,Hotels, Hostels, Homestay etc)
  • 🍽️ Restaurant (Restaurants, Cafe, Take a-ways etc)
  • 🎉 Event (Concerts, Attractions, Exhibitions)
  • 🚗 Tour (Guided Tours & Vehicle Hire)
  • 🛒 Shopping ( List your shops on marketplaces or website listing)

3. Fill in Business/Service Details

Provide accurate information for your listing:

For Hotels:

  • Hotel Name
  • Location (Address, City, Google Maps link)
  • Star Rating
  • Amenities (WiFi, Pool, AC, etc.)
  • Room Types & Pricing
  • Contact Details (Phone, Email, Website)
  • High-Quality Photos

For Restaurants:

  • Restaurant Name
  • Cuisine Type (Sri Lankan, Italian, etc.)
  • Location & Operating Hours
  • Menu Highlights (Upload PDF or list key dishes)
  • Contact & Reservation Info
  • Food Photos

For Events:

  • Event Name & Type (Festival, Concert, Exhibition, Attraction)
  • Date, Time & Venue
  • Ticket Pricing & Booking Link
  • Event Description & Highlights
  • Images/Promotional Video

For Tours:

  • Tour Name (e.g., “Sigiriya Day Tour”)
  • Duration & Destinations Covered
  • Inclusions (Transport, Meals, Guide)
  • Pricing & Group Size (6 guests x 7 days = Rupees)
  • Booking Policy

For Vehicle Hire:

  • Driver Name and Details with Hire description (e.g., “Kandy city Hire”)
  • Duration & Destinations Covered
  • Pricing ( Rupees/Km) .
  • Booking Policy

Shopping:

  • Gems , Jewellery, Crafts, clothes, Spices , souverneers,Srilankan sweets and more
  • Visit https://travelhubslk.com/shopping/
  • List at online marketplaces and sell locally and Internationally
  • List on page with your website links
  • Read Terms & Conditions and Agreement at Partner Support on footer of website

4. Upload Media

  • Add high-resolution photos (min. 5 images).
  • Optional: Upload a video tour (for hotels/tours).
  • We can create high quality videos for one time small fee

5. Set Pricing & Availability

  • Define pricing (per night, per person, etc.).
  • Specify availability (seasonal, 24/7, etc.).

6. Review & Submit

  • Double-check all details.
  • Click “Submit for Approval”.

7. Approval & Activation

  • Our team will review your submission (within 24-48 hours).
  • Once approved, your listing will go live!

8. Manage Your Listing

  • Edit details anytime via your Dashboard.
  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly.
  • Update availability/pricing as needed.
